Terms of Service

Last updated 29 August 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Superviolet LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Wargrum ("Wargrum", "we", "us"). They cover the website at wargrum.io, the game at play.wargrum.io, and anything you buy from us. By playing or buying, you accept them.

1. Who can use Wargrum

You must be at least 13 to play, and at least 18 to buy anything. If you are between 13 and 18, you may play with a parent or guardian's permission. You must not be located anywhere that US law prohibits us from dealing with, or be on a sanctions list.

2. Your account

We sign you in by emailing a one-time code, so whoever controls your email address controls your account, including any cards and any balance in a managed wallet. Keep your email secure. Tell us at info@wargrum.io if you think someone else has access. One account per person; do not create extra accounts to gain an advantage.

3. The game

The game is free to play. We are actively developing it, which means cards, rules, balance, and features will change, and matches or services may be interrupted. We do not promise the game will be available without interruption or that any particular feature will keep existing.

4. Cards and packs

What a pack is

A pack contains 10 cards. Each card design has a fixed print run. When a tier's supply is exhausted, no more of it are ever created. The drop rates for each rarity are published in the game before you buy, and the Grand Bazaar shows how many of each design have been claimed and how many remain.

Provably fair

Before you pay, we commit to the outcome by publishing a cryptographic hash of a secret server seed. Your pack is dealt from that seed combined with a client seed. After the reveal you can verify that the cards you received are exactly the ones the committed seed produced, using our open verifier. We cannot change a pack's contents after the commitment without the check failing.

What you own

The cards are minted as native assets (NFTs) on Cardano or Solana. You own the token. It is yours to hold, transfer, or sell, and it stays yours whether or not you keep a Wargrum account, and whether or not Wargrum continues to exist.

You do not own the artwork, characters, names, or game itself. We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the art of cards you own, and to show it when you offer the token for sale. You may not use it commercially, use it to make other merchandise, or use it in a way that suggests we endorse you.

5. Prices and payment

You can pay by card, or in ADA or SOL from your managed wallet.

Crypto prices are fixed in the chain's own units, so their dollar value moves. A pack priced at 80 ADA costs 80 ADA whatever ADA is worth that day. Card prices are set in US dollars. This means the two payment routes can cost different amounts at any given moment, sometimes noticeably. Check the price shown at checkout: that is the price you pay.

Card payments are processed by Stripe under their terms; we never receive your card number. Your card statement may show a descriptor that is not the word "Wargrum". If you see a charge you do not recognise, please contact us before disputing it.

Blockchain transactions incur network fees that are not ours and are not refundable. You are responsible for any taxes on your purchases.

6. Refunds

All sales are final once a pack has been minted. Minting writes the cards to a public blockchain and cannot be reversed by anyone, including us.

If your payment succeeded but your cards were never delivered, that is our problem to fix: contact us and we will either complete delivery or refund you in full. If a payment is taken twice for the same order, we refund the duplicate.

7. Managed wallets

To make buying possible without a browser extension, we can create a managed wallet for you. Its keys are held by our minting partners (NMKR for Cardano, Crossmint for Solana) on your behalf.

8. Blockchain risk

Blockchains are irreversible and outside our control. Transactions can be delayed or fail during congestion; networks can fork, halt, or change their rules. Nothing you buy from us is an investment. We make no promise that any card will hold or increase in value, we do not operate a secondary market, and you should not buy expecting a profit. Digital asset values can go to zero.

9. Things you must not do

If you find a bug that gives you an unfair advantage, tell us instead of using it.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. If we do, cards you already own remain yours. They are on-chain and we cannot and will not take them. What you lose is access to the game and to any managed wallet feature, so withdraw first if you are able.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

12. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or the lost value of any digital asset. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of someone else's rights.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders. Continuing to use Wargrum after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the service. Your cards remain yours.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either of us from seeking an injunction where appropriate, or you from bringing a claim in small claims court.

16. Everything else

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them to a successor of our business. These terms, plus the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us.
